Hi everyone, this is Wenaline Toh.

I was raised in a 3room flat with over 10 of us were staying. My parents struggled with work so I was brought up by my caregiver.

At a young age, I dropped out from school and took on a lot of sales jobs so that I could earn as much as I can.
8 years ago, I joined the real estate with the thought that I could make more money if I can do transactions. Never did I know that it has made me change my whole perspective on these “properties transaction” after 1 elderly couple homeowners I have met back then.

They were helpless and was trapped with their home and had no money for retirement. “How could they prevent this IF they have a choice back then?”

I started working tirelessly to advocate more 1st time home buyer and existing home owners to understand what their home can do for them if they want to retire comfortably.
I will say this is not an easy journey as everyone has struggles with their own limitations but with the power of perseverance and determination….
